Through her own journey in the entertainment industry, Brooklynn began to recognize a deeper need: young girls in performance and creative spaces often need more than just training — they need emotional support, confidence, and guidance to help them grow into strong, self-assured young women.

As a young performer navigating auditions, comparison, and pressure, Brooklynn saw the emotional challenges young girls face in creative spaces. Hey You by Brooklynn was created to provide the confidence, encouragement, and mental support she wishes every young performer had access to.

The organization focuses on helping girls build self-worth, set healthy boundaries, develop confidence on and off stage, and understand that their value goes far beyond applause or social media validation.

Brooklynn believes that true stage presence starts with self-worth, and through Hey You she hopes to inspire girls everywhere to stand tall, believe in themselves, and never feel like they have to shrink to shine.

Through workshops, mentorship, therapy support, and scholarships, Brooklynn’s mission is to create a safe space where young girls can grow not only as performers — but as confident leaders in life.

Brooklynn Pitts is a young performer, speaker, and role model who is passionate about empowering girls to discover their confidence and find their voice.

As a singer, dancer, and actress, Brooklynn has experienced firsthand the pressures that often come with pursuing creative passions at a young age — auditions, comparison, rejection, and the constant pressure to perform perfectly. While these opportunities can be exciting, they can also create emotional challenges that many young girls are not prepared to navigate.
